We are looking for a skilled sales support coordinator to assist our sales team with routine administrative functions. In this role you will be instrumental in assisting the sales reps process opportunities and sales orders in a timely manner. You may also help complete research on information that could be useful to the sales team. To ensure success in this role, the Sales Success Coordinator will demonstrate outstanding sales support in such a way that it allows our sales rep to pursue sales targets, rather than being tied down with additional paperwork.
Responsibilities
- Process opportunities and sales orders.
- Perform miscellaneous research.
- Attend sales meetings.
- Manage multiple sales representative’s orders.
- Act as a sales assistant to execute a speedy quoting process.
- Follow-up to execute tasks.
- Assist with quoting process and procedures.
- Review and understand new products and services.
- Document new process flows.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners.
- Review stock availability.
- Maintain a positive and work-productive relationship with the Sales Team.
Complete other projects and tasks as assigned.
Required Experience
- At least two years of experience as a sales assistant or executive assistant helpful
- Strong Microsoft Suite experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
- Strong Adobe Suite experience (Pro) required.
- Strong proofreading and grammar skills
- Tech savvy strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on written.
