Sales Success Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Success Team Member to join our dynamic sales organization.
This role serves as a critical bridge between our sales and operational teams, ensuring seamless opportunity management, accurate quoting, and superior client support throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

Opportunity & Quote Management
• Assign sales leads and maintain sales lead reporting
• Manage and generate multiple sales opportunities and quotes on behalf of sales representatives
• Execute efficient and accurate quoting processes to accelerate deal closure
• Generate comprehensive Statements of Work for various client projects
• Provide ongoing sales and opportunity reporting for the Sales Team

Research & Product Support
• Conduct thorough research, including product sourcing and availability analysis
• Review and quickly understand new products and services to support sales efforts

Client & Team Collaboration
• Attend internal sales meetings and external pre-sale client presentations
• Collaborate effectively with vendors and strategic partners
• Maintain positive and productive relationships across the entire Sales Team
• Serve as primary sales support administrator for operational execution

Process & Documentation
• Document new processes and ensure adherence to established workflows
• Complete assigned department projects and special initiatives
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales operations

Required Experience

Experience & Background
• Two years of experience in sales support and/or operations role preferred
• Proven track record in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments
• Salesforce or similar sales navigation software (OEM) end-user experience preferred

Technical Skills
• Microsoft Suite proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Adobe Suite experience preferred
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software platforms
