“Believing there is good in the world is what drives SMG3. We believe in being present and doing what we can to help deliver hope and comfort. Our focus is always on our immediate communities with the expectation that being the good is reciprocated beyond our reach and eventually the world.”

Paying it Forward in Our Community

Everyone at SMG3 embraces our company mantra: Be The Good. We make time to give back all year round, because having a positive impact on our communities isn’t seasonal. We’re proud to support these organizations and causes as part of our Be The Good initiative:

Feed My Starving Children

Aiming to participate in a teambuilding exercise that also incorporated a charitable initiative, SMG3 volunteered at Feed My Starving Children. There, we were able to pack meals that aid in reversing and preventing undernutrition for children in poverty-stricken communities.

Special Olympics Chicago Polar Plunge

Two brave employees took a dip into the frigid Lake Michigan at this year’s Polar Plunge, in support of Special Olympics Chicago.

Recognized Women Owned Business

We take great pride in being recognized as a Women Owned Business. This past October, we strived to raise awareness about Women Owned Businesses, and committed to support the growth and empowerment of women and their enterprises.

Chicagoland Side

COVID-19 has caused us all to experience everyday life in ways we never have before. In these trying times, we need to unite more than ever. Chicagoland Side Hustle was created to connect people looking for work with those needing help.

Winter Coat

We hosted a coat drive for those in need ahead of a predictably brutal winter in Chicago

Schaumburg Township Food Pantry Food Drive

Annual canned food drive for the Schaumburg Food Pantry. This initiative aimed to support hungry families facing economic hardships.

Shoe Drive

In celebration of National Shoe The World Day, we dropped off boxes of gently used and new shoes for a charity called Soles4Souls.

Schaumburg Township Food Pantry Volunteers

Our employees sort canned goods and other donated items into their associated shelves for families in need at the Schaumburg Township Food Pantry.

Pack the Bus School Supply Drive

Our team gathers supplies all summer to deliver to the Township at the end of August.

The Salvation Army Angel Tree Program

Through the Angel Tree program founded by The Salvation Army, we were fortunate to be a Sponsor for Angels, helping provide cheer for families throughout the Chicagoland area.

BEST Corporate Events Bike Drive

We partnered with BEST Corporate Events to build bikes for children in need and teambuild at the same time. Win win.
