Strategic Mobility Group, LLC Builds Eight Bikes For Children In Need At Q2 Meeting

SMG3 employees convened at the company headquarters for two full days of activities

Strategic Mobility Group, LLC (SMG3), a leading provider of innovative technology solutions, recently held its quarterly meeting on May 15-16. The agenda included informational breakout sessions led by the professional services team, which featured an Android bootcamp for Account Managers.

“2019 has been a great year for us so far including several successful tradeshows and the expansion of our organization with new hires. I am very excited to keep the momentum going into the summer,” said President and CEO, Nancy Gorski. “We design our quarterly meetings to emphasize company culture while offering our remote employees valuable time to reconnect with their peers and co-workers in person.”

SMG3’s quarterly meetings are structured to be interactive and discussion-based. Employees were treated to several company sponsored events including a mid-day barbeque, local happy hour, and evening painting session hosted by SMG3.

Stacie Lamprecht, Director of Human Resources, worked with Maria DiNicola, Chief Financial Officer, to coordinate the Q2 meeting along with planning group activities that centered on giving back to the community.

“Maria and I aimed to provide employees with a team-building exercise that also incorporated a charitable initiative. We partnered with BEST Corporate Events to build bikes for children in need, upholding our ‘Be The Good’ mantra,” said Lamprecht. “The event culminated in surprising the children with their new bikes, and it was incredibly rewarding to see their genuine excitement.”
